Returns and exchange policy on purchased items.

This return policy is applicable to all products sold by Allure London fashion. Products sold by Allure London fashion are subject to a strict no refunds and no exchanges policy due to hygiene reasons.

All sales, discounts and prices are final. Products that involve customisations cannot be cancelled once ordered and cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Once orders are placed, they are sent across immediately to our manufacturing team to begin work on your order. Therefore, we are unable to cancel/adjust your order once placed. If you do require any assistance, please get in touch via Instagram @allure-London or via email.

Prices in store and online may differ due to time/cost of aquisition, offers and promotions. All sales are final.

Allure London Jewellery bears no responsibility for products lost or damaged during shipping or any delays caused to due the shipping companies.
